The Confidence Consulting & Training was found in 2004 with a high concept and great vision of helping those who want the benefits of change, but don’t know how to search for ways to cooperate with the process of change. We focus on people and help them build themselves based on their unique core strengths pattern and obtain global recognized business professional skills.  

Since 2006 the Company has collaborated with the Center for Dependable Strengths (CDS) in Seattle, USA to establish the China Center for Dependable Strengths (CCDS). Through the special workshop of Dependable Strengths Articulation Process (DSAP) and other related programs, we facilitate the participants to identify their core strengths pattern so as to inspiring them to know how to manage “self” with the changes. Our motto is “Help You Soar with Your Core Strengths”.

In the beginning of 2008, the Company has also become the International Authorized Training Partner as Certified Business Professional (CBP) China with the International Business Training Association (IBTA) headquartered in Florid, USA. The mission of this endeavor is “to equip current and potential business professionals with the skills and certification required to meet and surpass business standards in our global industries.”

The CBP training programs provide employees, job seekers, career changers and university graduates the knowledge and skills to perform well in the essential business functions including Leadership, Customer Service, Sales, Business Communication, Business Etiquette & Professionalism, Project Management, Business Management, Marketing and Computer Technology Specialist.
