A Special Program for University Students
 
 
1.“Soar with Your Dependable Strengths” (Ph.D & MA Candidates) – 16 hours

1) Overview

Through this 16 hour workshop providing a unique learning and sharing experiences to Ph.D and MA Candidates under the professional guidance and direction based on DSAP process. The participants will uncover their Dependable Strengths Pattern in order to set up an attainable goal for achieving their personal satisfaction and career success.

2) Contents includes:

    1. “Dependable Strengths Articulation Process” (DSAP)
    2. “Dynamical Personal Goal Setting”
    3. “Decision-Making - A Career Planful Process”
    4. “Job Finding Power” (Option, only for those who make a special requirement)

2.“Job-Finding Power & Successful Career” (Senior Students) – 24 hours

1) Overview

This workshop is purposely designed for senior students who are struggling in job-hunting process. It helps participants to gain most updated and effective job-finding concept and power starting from what they should “sell” (personal core strengths) to all the necessities for a unique way of the preparation for Resume, Networking, Interviewing, and Entering into New Workplace.

2) Content includes:

    1. “Know Your Best Self”(discovering your core strengths)
    2. “Job Finding Power” (based on individual core strengths)
    3. DS Report & Resume for the 21st Century
    4. Making Career Networking
    5. Successful Interviews
    6. At the New Workplace

3.“My Strengths & My Future” (Sophomore & Junior Students) – 26 hours

1) Overview

This is a unique program for helping students, based on each one’s individual needs, to map out career orientation, career planning for becoming professional. It also provides opportunities for engaging with social or economic projects, as well as internships.

2) Content includes:

    1. “My Value of Human Capital”
    2. “To Become Professional”
    3. Effective Time Management
    4. Communication & Presentation
    5. Professional Ethics & Business Etiquette
    6. Accomplishing with Team Members

4.“My Strengths & My Study Life” (First Year Students) – 8 hours

1) Overview

This workshop is designed to assist student just came out from high school to obtain independent thinking and being creative by discover their unique Dependable Strengths for further directions on study and life.

2) Content includes:

    1. “Personal Satisfaction & Career Success”

5.“Leadership & Cross-Cultural Training” (Selected Advanced Students & Young Professionals) – 16 days

1) Overview

This special training program is designed to meet the requests of those selected junior and senior students at universities who strongly desire to strengthen their leadership and cross-cultural management for being a professional. It also includes the opportunities for the participants to directly learn and share with CEOs from various organizations or companies. The program is conducted in Hawaii, USA.

2) Courses include:

    1. “Who Moved My Chopsticks?”
    2. “Leadership”
    3. “Becoming A Professional” (A Series of Professional Soft Skills)

6.“Intercultural Management Program (ICMP) (Advanced Training in Hawaii) – 4 months

1) Overview

In four months, the Intercultural Management Program (ICMP) prepares you for today’s multicultural business environment. ICMP is an intensive, graduate diploma program that focuses on U.S. business principles and methods.

2) Courses include:

    1. Business English communication
    2. Intercultural studies
    3. Project Management
    4. Information Technology
    5. Financial Accounting
    6. Investment Management
    7. Marketing
    8. Negotiation
    9. Entrepreneurship and

•  建立自信和自尊

•  提升与人互动和互相依赖的能力

•  有效地规划学业和职业的发展

第一课: 介绍“核心竞争力鉴别和拓展”进程和与在团队互动中自我激励

第二课: 使学生开始鉴别自己的“好经历”

第三课: 使学生通过自己的“好经历”确认自己的一些优势

第四课: 使学生进一步确认自己的优势

第五课: 使学生确认自己可能拥有的核心竞争力优势

第六课: 使学生确认自己的核心竞争力优势和开始起草自己的“核心竞争力报告”

第七课: 使学生准备自己的“核心进争力报告”

第八课: 使学生预备关于自己“核心竞争力”的陈述(Presentation)

第九课: 温故而知新 —— 实际应用

  帮助初中生在他们的“理想搜索”中迈出第一步 …… 整个过程帮助学生逐步明确他们的独一的天赋和优势——即一些他们喜欢做的和能做得出色的事、他们会很自然的被感动的去做的事、他们会一次又一次的反复的去做的事。从这样的天赋和优势中,最终会发现和确认学生自己的核心竞争力优势。掌握了自己的核心竞争力优势后,学生将可以开始创建自己的“理想视野”——即他们所拥有的特殊的核心竞争力模式,使之成为指导他们学习和生活方向的决策指南。
